About this role
HC-One is looking for a Unit Manager (Non Clinical) to work nights at Windsor Court care home in Wetherby, Leeds. You will be responsible for a specific part of the home and for delivering the best level of care, and you will run the whole home when the Home Manager and Deputy are not there.
What you would do:
- Lead the care team in your unit and keep residents' dignity and wellbeing first
- Spot and report changes in residents, such as new mobility issues
- Oversee monitoring and medicines for residents
- Recognise signs of abuse, harm or neglect and escalate concerns
- Complete safeguarding and other required training

Hours: a full-time night role on a 3 on, 3 off rotation.
Pay and benefits: £18.65 to £19.65 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
