We are Bridge Staffing Agency, a dedicated recruitment partner committed to connecting exceptional talent with organizations where they can make a lasting impact. We take pride in building collaborative relationships and tailoring our search solutions to your professional goals, your pace, and your people.
We are supporting a leading consultancy delivering a major, high-profile transformation programme within a UK policing organization. As the programme continues to scale, we are looking for several experienced contractors with strong backgrounds across business analysis, organizational change, and transformation consulting.
These are not traditional, process-only BA roles. Our client needs high-calibre individuals who can quickly grasp complex organizational structures, build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, and translate strategic objectives into practical, deliverable change.
Lead discovery and requirements-gathering activities across complex operational environments.
Build strong, trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and frontline users.
Translate operational challenges into clear requirements, viable options, and actionable recommendations.
Map current and future operating models, core processes, capabilities, and user journeys.
Support organizational change management, stakeholder engagement, and business readiness.
Produce high-quality reports, executive presentations, business cases, and decision papers.
Facilitate workshops with varied and sometimes challenging stakeholder groups.
Identify risks, dependencies, and barriers to successful delivery.
Bridge the gap effectively between strategy, technology, operations, and people.
Support the implementation and adoption of new services, processes, and ways of working.
Essential consulting experience (e.g., Big Four, major transformation consultancies, or respected specialist boutiques).
A robust consulting mindset with the ability to assess complex problems and provide clear, credible recommendations.
Excellent relationship-building, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
The confidence to engage senior leaders while remaining effective with operational teams.
Experience operating in complex, politically sensitive, or highly regulated environments.
The ability to work independently, manage ambiguity, and maintain momentum with a pragmatic, delivery-focused approach.
Beneficial: Prior experience within policing, law enforcement, national security, central government, or the wider public sector.
Security Clearance: Candidates must be eligible to undertake and hold the required security and policing vetting (SC or DV clearance strongly preferred).
