As an HLTA, you will work within a trauma-informed environment, assisting teachers in both classroom and community-based learning while helping students achieve their full potential.

Responsibilities

Support teachers in delivering engaging learning activities.
Assist children in classroom and outreach community settings.
Promote a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.
Work closely with students with additional educational and emotional needs.
Collaborate with teachers and support staff to deliver personalised learning.

Requirements

Good written and IT skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Ability to work effectively with children and young people.
Valid UK Driving Licence with access to a vehicle (essential).
Right to Work in the UK.
