Bid Co-Ordinator Apprentice
Salary: Up to £25,000 P/A (Dependent on experience)

Bridge Staffing Agency is partnering with Answer Digital to recruit a fast-paced, commercially minded administrator for a Bid Co-Ordinator Apprentice position within the Answer Digital Academy. In this role, you will provide end-to-end coordination and administrative support to the bid function—the heartbeat of company growth. Working closely with the Bid Management Lead and Sales Leads, you will ensure every submission is well-planned, fully compliant, and delivered on time.

Opportunity Tracking & Pipeline: Monitor procurement portals (Find a Tender, Contracts Finder, Jaggaer, Atamis, ProContract), maintain the bid tracker, download tender documentation, and highlight key dates.
Bid Coordination & Planning: Support pre-bid capture management, arrange kick-off and review meetings, capture action items, and manage clarification questions with buyers.
Compliance & Quality: Collate mandatory documentation, including corporate policies, certificates, insurances, accreditations, and declarations.
Document & Content Management: Maintain version control, format responses professionally using Microsoft Office, and continuously improve the reusable content library (boilerplate text, case studies, CVs).
Submission & Post-Bid: Compile and submit final packs via e-procurement portals, record outcomes, track win/loss data, and support lessons-learned reviews.
Essential Requirements:
Strong organization, planning, and time-management skills to juggle multiple deadlines simultaneously.
Previous experience in an administration or coordination role.
Excellent written English with high attention to detail and proofreading abilities.
Strong interpersonal skills, comfortable coordinating input from stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to stay calm, focused, and accurate under pressure.
Confident user of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and collaboration tools (Slack, Teams).
Apprenticeship Eligibility: 5 GCSEs at grade 4/C or above (including English and Maths), must not already hold a qualification at the same or higher level in a similar subject, and must be eligible for UK apprenticeship funding (resident for 3+ years).
Desirable Skills:
Experience in a bid, proposal, tender, or deadline-driven coordination role.
Knowledge of UK public sector procurement frameworks (G-Cloud, CCS, NHS routes to market) and e-procurement portals.
Familiarity with Google Workspace, AI tools for administration, and information-security best practices (ISO 27001, Cyber Essentials).
