About the Role
Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is proud to partner with Bradford District Care NHS Foundation Trust to recruit a dedicated, compassionate Band 4 Dental Nurse for their award-winning Community Dental Service.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced dental nurse who is passionate about delivering specialized care to vulnerable and medically complex patients who cannot access high-street NHS dentistry. You will provide essential chairside support to Consultants, Specialists, Senior Dentists, and Dental Therapists, while also managing day-to-day site operations and administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Provide top-tier chairside and clerical assistance to dental clinicians.
Support specialised treatments, including inhalation sedation, domiciliary care, and hospital theatre settings.
Manage the day-to-day operational running of Community Dental Service sites.
Participate in varied, competency-based induction programs, mandatory training, and clinical supervision to support your GDC CPD requirements.
Essential Criteria
Registration: Current registration with the General Dental Council (GDC).
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of post-qualification dental nursing experience, including administrative duties (appointments, phone inquiries, handling patient charges).
Qualifications: National Certificate of the Examining Board for Dental Nurses (NEBDN) or equivalent.
Requirements: Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle to travel across the seven Bradford and Airedale sites. Commitment to maintaining legal Right to Work in the UK.
