About the Role
As a Day Hospitality Assistant, you will report to the Care Manager and be responsible for creating a professional yet relaxed atmosphere in the dining room. Your goal is to ensure that elderly residents and visitors receive an efficient, warm, and friendly food and beverage service.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver prepared food safely and efficiently from the kitchen to dining areas.
Serve meals and snacks to residents in a pleasant, friendly, and person-centred manner.
Ensure refreshments are readily available to residents throughout the day.
Set up tables, maintain tidy work areas, and prep food spaces for the next service to uphold rigorous hygiene standards.
What We Are Looking For
We are looking for a warm, customer-focused individual who wants to make a difference. While experience working in a busy restaurant, hospitality, or catering environment is desirable, it is not essential—full training and support are provided.
