About the Role
Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is proud to collaborate with Asda to connect natural leaders with fantastic career opportunities. We are recruiting for a permanent, full-time Team Leader for night shifts in Bradford, West Yorkshire.
In this vital leadership role, you’ll play a key part in leading the day-to-day running of your department. You’ll lead by example—supporting your colleagues, keeping operations running smoothly, managing stock, and making sure our customers receive the highest possible standards of service.
Shift Pattern: Night shifts, 36 guaranteed hours per week (flexibility required to work a range of shifts, including weekends and evenings).
Key Requirements: Previous experience working in a retail or customer-facing environment, willingness to take on responsibility, good communication skills, and a can-do attitude.
About You
Customer-focused and supportive, putting people first, acting as a approachable go-to person on the shop floor, and helping create a great place to work.
Organised and reliable, capable of juggling tasks, managing priorities, taking responsibility, and following through on what needs to be done.
Positive team player who brings energy and enthusiasm to every shift and works closely with management to keep teams motivated.
