Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is proud to partner with Avery Healthcare to recruit a warm, enthusiastic, and dedicated Care Assistant for Aran Court Care Home in Birmingham.
In this role, you will make a positive impact on our residents' lives every day. Your core focus will be delivering high standards of personal care, supporting residents to maintain their independence, and working closely with the care team to ensure seamless service continuity.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist residents with all personal hygiene care, ensuring optimum independence, dignity, and respect at all times.
Recognize and understand clinical risk areas (such as weight loss, pressure sores, risk of falls, and signs of infection) and escalate any identified risks promptly.
Act courteously and respectfully toward residents and visitors, honoring each individual's dignity.
Practice safe systems of work across all assigned duties.
