In this pivotal role, you will act as the home's lead clinical expert, supporting and deputising for the Home Manager while overseeing high-quality clinical and pastoral care delivery. You will lead the care team in driving continuous improvement, ensuring robust clinical governance, and maintaining optimal care standards across the care home environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and deputise for the Home Manager, maintaining high standards of clinical governance and regularly auditing care procedures.

• Oversee clinical assessment tools, care plan development, and comprehensive care evaluations to ensure person-centered resident care.

• Lead and mentor nursing and care staff, blending clinical guidance with effective day-to-day operational management.

Requirements

• Active NMC Registered Nurse qualification with strong clinical assessment knowledge (e.g., Waterlow and MUST tools).

• Proven expertise in care planning processes alongside demonstrated leadership and continuous improvement capabilities.
