Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Mental Health Support Worker (Bank) to join our Bromley Borough Floating Support team.

What You Will Do
Encouraging: Help individuals play active roles in their local communities to foster independence
Supporting: Assist with daily living activities, including social activities, personal care, routines, meal planning, and budgeting
Communicating & Engaging: Communicate effectively using people’s chosen methods and motivate them to enhance their quality of life
Specialising: Provide positive behavioural support approaches for individuals who need them
Recording & Teamwork: Keep accurate records, report changes in health or circumstances to management, and work effectively both independently and as part of a team
What We Are Looking For
Excellent people skills, a positive and proactive approach, and a genuine passion for supporting individuals with mental health needs (alongside other complex needs like learning disabilities or autism)
Minimum 12 months remaining on your right to work in the UK (visa sponsorship is not available)
