Contract Type: Permanent, Full-Time (up to 44 hours per week; day shifts 8:00am - 8:00pm or night shifts 8:00pm - 8:00am, working days and/or nights including alternate weekends)

About the Role
We are partnering with the elegant and spacious Heathland Court Care Home in Wimbledon to find a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant on a permanent, full-time contract. Set in attractive, well-maintained gardens within a grand stone building featuring traditional fireplaces and high ceilings, Heathland Court offers long- and short-term residential, nursing, and dementia care in a vibrant community.
As a Care Assistant through Supportive Bridge, you will be at the heart of delivering person-centred care that supports independence and honours choice, ensuring our residents live a life they truly love.
Key Responsibilities
Support residents with a wide range of differing requirements, from companionship to personal care.
Observe and manage resident wellbeing, documenting and reporting any changes in accordance with required legislation.
Support residents' nutrition and hydration needs, encouraging and assisting them to eat and drink according to their care plan.
Provide essential physical and mental stimulation through social and recreational activities, both in groups and individually.
Maintain accurate, up-to-date care plans in line with regulatory and legal requirements.
What We Are Looking For
Motivation, positivity, a caring nature, and exceptional interpersonal skills.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a supportive team.
Previous experience in a care home environment or a Health and Social Care qualification is desirable, though a genuine passion for helping others is what matters most.
