About the Role

As a Flexibank Support Worker, you will be at the forefront of providing high-quality, enabling care on a casual basis. This zero-hours contract is perfect for those who need a role that adapts to their personal commitments, studies, or other responsibilities while offering a fulfilling, active work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Individual Outcome & Wellbeing: Implement person-centered support plans, promote independence, manage risks safely, and encourage healthy relationships.
Activity Planning: Develop flexible and engaging activity plans that promote autonomy and personal growth.
Health & Lifestyle: Support individuals in maintaining healthy lifestyles and managing their daily health needs.
Communication: Maintain open, effective communication with residents and keep detailed, person-centered records.
Medication Management: Assist with and oversee medication processes, supporting self-administration where appropriate.
