About the Role
As a Team Leader at Asda Blackpool, you’ll play a key leadership role in managing the day-to-day running of your department during day shifts. What We Are Looking For
Experience: Previous background working in a retail or customer-facing environment.
Customer-Focused & Supportive: You put customers first, are approachable, and are always ready to help your team succeed.
Organised & Reliable: You can manage priorities, juggle tasks, and take full responsibility for what needs to be done.
Flexible: Willing to work day shifts, including regular evening and weekend commitments.
