About the Role
We are looking for a warm, enthusiastic, and dedicated Concierge to join the award-winning team at Esher Manor Care Home, operated by Avery Healthcare. In this pivotal front-of-house role, you will create a positive and long-lasting first impression of Avery by warmly greeting visitors, managing incoming calls, overseeing the bistro environment, and providing high-quality, attentive service to our residents.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and direct all visitors, making everyone feel welcome and ensuring a professional front-of-house atmosphere.
Monitor the bistro area to ensure it remains clean, well-stocked with refreshments, and inviting for residents and guests.
Handle resident requests and queries efficiently and effectively.
Complete general administrative duties as required to support the home's daily operations.
Candidate Requirements
Experience: Previous experience in a customer service position is preferable.
Skills & Attributes: Strong verbal and written communication skills, the ability to balance multiple priorities with ease, and excellent organizational skills. You must consistently live by our core values of caring, support, honesty, respect, and accountability.
