Key Responsibilities
Carry out all cleaning and laundry duties in accordance with worksheet instructions and standard operating procedures to meet hotel service standards.
Understand the specific cleaning requirements of different surfaces, coverings, and materials to ensure areas are well-presented and maintained.
Always treat residents with dignity and respect, ensuring their personal spaces and belongings are carefully respected.
Adapt flexibly to cover a range of housekeeping responsibilities as needed across the care home.
Person Specification & Requirements
Experience & Knowledge: Essential working knowledge of Health and Safety protocols, including Moving and Handling techniques, Fire Safety, and COSHH assessments, along with previous experience in public-setting cleaning or laundry.

Compliance: Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check required (cost met by Avery Healthcare) alongside proof of eligibility to work in the UK.
