Turning Point is recruiting a Senior Staff Nurse (RMN) at Pendlebury House in Swinton, Manchester – an independent mental health rehabilitation hospital for 10 men with severe and enduring mental health needs, some detained under the Mental Health Act.

What you will do:

Work in the multidisciplinary team, liaise with the CMHT and lead on evidence-based treatment in line with NICE guidance
Key work individuals and build care packages, risk plans and discharge plans
Lead shifts and supervise, guide and mentor staff
Take part in audits and MDT reviews, deputise for the Clinical Team Leader and join the on-call rota

What they ask for:

Registered Mental Health Nurse with strong experience of severe and enduring mental illness, including dual diagnosis
Strong knowledge of the Mental Health Act
Good time management, organisation and IT skills

Pay stated by the employer: £38,992 per year (pro rata). Permanent, part time, 32 hours a week, with rotational shift and night work. Closing date: 18 November 2026.
