Requirements
Proven experience as a Chef or Second Chef in a fast-paced kitchen environment prioritizing fresh, seasonal produce.
Strong knowledge of dietary requirements, menu design, kitchen hygiene, and food safety standards.
Excellent leadership, organizational, and delegation skills with a passion for high-quality care catering.
