About the Role
We are seeking compassionate and reliable Bank Care Assistants for flexible day and night placements in Hull, East Riding of Yorkshire.
In this role, you will assist residents with their daily living needs, ensuring they receive dignified, person-centered care and companionship. Every shift offers a varied and rewarding schedule—from supporting mealtime routines and following care plans to spending valuable one-on-one time with residents.
Key Responsibilities:
Assisting residents with personal care, mobility, and daily living activities.
Supporting nutritional needs, hydration, and mealtime experiences.
Following tailored care plans to ensure safety, dignity, and individual preferences are maintained.
Spending quality one-on-one time with residents to offer warmth, engagement, and companionship.
Providing flexible bank cover for annual leave, sickness, or peak times across day or night shifts.
About You
Experience: Prior experience caring for older adults in a residential or care home setting.
Attributes: Compassionate, empathetic, and dependable with a positive "can-do" attitude.
Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine commitment to high-quality resident care.
