About the Role

As an Aldi Store Cleaner, you’ll play a vital role in keeping the store clean, safe, and welcoming for every shopper. From clearing litter around the store and cleaning windows to keeping aisles clear and ensuring trolleys are tidy and ready to go, your hard work creates a great environment for customers and staff alike.

Key Responsibilities

• General Cleaning: Perform daily cleaning duties throughout the store, including windows, floors, and surrounding areas.

• Safety & Maintenance: Keep aisles clear and tidy to maintain a safe, easy shopping environment.

• Trolley & Area Care: Ensure shopping trolleys and entrance areas are neat and customer-ready.

• Customer Interaction: Offer friendly and professional service whenever assisting shoppers on the floor.

Skills & Experience Needed

• Positive Attitude: Great energy and a passion for maintaining high standards—attitude matters most!

• Organised & Efficient: Able to follow a detailed cleaning schedule and work well in a fast-paced setting.

• Reliable Team Player: Dependable, approachable, and proud to represent the team well.

• No experience required! Prior cleaning experience is a plus, but a positive attitude is essential.
