We have partnered with a leading financial services organization to recruit an experienced Quality Assurance Manager into their established team.
Please note: This role requires candidates to commute into the London office 2-3 days per week and does not offer visa sponsorship; applicants must hold the full right to work in the UK.
In this role, you will take ownership of defining and overseeing the overall testing strategy across a complex lending platform, prioritizing customer journeys and business outcomes. While the position is strategic rather than hands-on, you will need a strong understanding of automation, test governance, and the end-to-end testing lifecycle to lead cross-functional delivery effectively.
Define, oversee, and drive the overall testing strategy across a complex, customer-facing lending platform.
Own end-to-end testing lifecycles, robust test governance, planning, and defect management.
Coordinate testing activities seamlessly across internal business, technology, and third-party or outsourced automation providers.
Partner with agile sprint teams to align quality standards with business requirements.
Leverage Azure DevOps for test management and defect tracking.
Build strong, collaborative relationships across business and technology functions to secure stakeholder buy-in.
Proven commercial experience leading testing across complex, customer-facing platforms within financial services, lending, or regulated sectors.
Strong understanding of test automation, test governance, and quality engineering frameworks.
Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to bridge business and technical teams.
Hands-on familiarity with Azure DevOps for test and defect management.
Experience working in Agile, sprint-based delivery environments and coordinating alongside outsourced testing partners.
