Salary: £52,000.00 per annum (Includes a £2,000 Golden Hello bonus!)

Through Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency, we are partnering with Barchester Healthcare to find an exceptional Deputy General Manager (Clinical) for Lochduhar Care Home. In this vital leadership role, you will work closely with the General Manager—taking charge in their absence—and drive quality through regular audits, supervised clinical practice, compliance monitoring, and supporting resident wellbeing.
What You Will Need
Qualifications & Registration: A valid NMC registration as a Registered Nurse (RN/RMN) along with a teaching, mentoring, or supervision qualification.
Experience & Skills: Proven experience supporting residents with diverse health needs, managing safeguarding investigations, handling clinical risk assessments, and supporting newly qualified nurses through preceptorship. A working knowledge of HR, budgets, and sales/marketing is also essential.
