Key Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and daily living support to residents within their own homes and across the retirement village.

• Promote residents' wellbeing through companionship, mobility assistance, and engaging activities.

• Maintain accurate care records and work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to deliver outstanding care.

Requirements

• Passion for delivering high-quality, person-centred care with excellent communication skills.

• Previous experience in care or a Health & Social Care qualification is desirable but not essential.

• Positive, compassionate approach with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
