Position Overview

• Role: Part-Time Care Assistant (Permanent)

• Location: Red Oaks Care Home, The Hooks, Henfield, West Sussex, BN5 9UY

• Pay Rate: £13.50 per hour

• Hours: 20.00 hours per week

• Shift Details: Twilight shift (5:00 PM – 10:00 PM), includes alternate weekends

• Closing Date: 1 September 2026

About the Role

As a Part-Time Care Assistant at Red Oaks, you will help residents make the most of every evening by ensuring they receive the quality care and support they deserve. You’ll assist with daily living, offer meaningful companionship, and share wonderful moments and memories.

Every shift is varied and rewarding. Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting residents with their evening routines, food, and drink.

• Following personalized care plans.

• Delivering dedicated one-to-one time to build genuine connections.
