Salary: £28,557.79 - £32,802.41 Per Annum + Inner London Weighting (£4,236.47)

Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is proud to partner with Change Grow Live (CGL) to recruit a passionate, dedicated, and skilled Young Person's Resilience Worker to join their children and young people’s team in Lambeth.
In this vital role, you will deliver targeted interventions around drug and alcohol awareness, education, and prevention. Holding a caseload of young people, you will provide 1-to-1 support across various treatment pathways, lead on supporting young people open to the youth justice service who require specialist substance use interventions, plan and run group work programmes, and collaborate closely with partner agencies to help young people improve and change their lives.
Caseload & Specialist Support: Support young people from point of entry through their treatment journey, taking the lead on supporting individuals open to the youth justice service who require specialist substance use interventions.
Assessments & Psychosocial Interventions: Provide screening, assessment, psychosocial interventions, integrated care planning, and post-treatment support (including transfers of care).
Safeguarding & Harm Reduction: Identify and respond effectively to potential safeguarding issues while reducing drug and alcohol-related harm to young people and the wider community.
Group Facilitation & Advocacy: Plan and run group work programmes and provide advocacy for access to partnership services to promote holistic health and wellbeing.
Experience & Knowledge: Experience working with young people and a solid understanding of the issues they face, drug and alcohol challenges, and evidence-based treatment methods.
Safeguarding Expertise: Strong working knowledge of safeguarding concerns regarding children and young people, as well as the Fraser Competence framework.
Core Competencies: An accomplished communicator (verbal and written) with a high degree of personal IT competency, excellent organizational skills, and a cooperative team-working approach.
Requirements: Supportive team player. Must hold the legal Right to Work in the UK (note: this role is subject to an enhanced DBS check).
Annual Leave: 25 days of annual leave plus bank holidays (pro rata), increasing by 1 extra day for each year of service during the first five years (up to 30 days).
