About the Role

As a Care Assistant, no two days are the same. You will play an essential role in enriching residents' daily lives by providing person-centred care, practical assistance, and meaningful companionship.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Personalized Care: Assisting residents with daily living tasks, personal care, and mobility in accordance with individual care plans.

• Nutrition & Hydration: Supporting residents during mealtimes with food and drink requirements.

• Companionship: Spending dedicated one-to-one time with residents, sharing moments, and building positive relationships.

• Dignity & Wellbeing: Ensuring each resident's dignity, independence, and preferences are honored at all times.

About You

We are seeking empathetic, reliable team players who are passionate about delivering outstanding care to older adults.

Key Requirements:

• Experience: Previous experience caring for older adults in a care or residential setting.

• Communication: Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
