As a Maintenance Coordinator, your focus will be to maintain a safe and comfortable environment for our residents and team members, ensuring the smooth running of facilities while upholding high standards of general upkeep throughout the building.
Key Responsibilities:
Resolve any home maintenance concerns promptly using a working knowledge of building systems and related regulatory requirements (including plumbing, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, electrical, equipment repairs, and interior/exterior finishes).
Engage with approved contractors as needed and source alternative suppliers when required.
Cover all emergencies relating to the fabric of the home or systems contained within the building.
Manage the Maintenance Assistant where applicable, including day-to-day supervision, objective setting, annual reviews, approval of hours, absence management, and holiday authorization.

Knowledge & Technical Skills: Solid understanding of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical systems, and safety/fire safety systems.

Requirements: Applicants must have proof of eligibility to work in the UK and undergo a DBS disclosure check (cost met by Avery Healthcare).
