Salary: £27,811.31 - £30,268.05 Per Annum + Inner London Weighting (£4,236.47) (CGL points 22 to 25)

Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is proud to partner with Change Grow Live (CGL) to recruit a dedicated and dynamic Senior Smoke Free Advisor for an 11-month fixed-term opportunity within their Tower Hamlets service in Whitechapel.
In this vital role, you will lead a high-quality stop-smoking project focused on empowering individuals to take meaningful steps toward healthier lives. You will spearhead project development, quality assurance, data recording, and marketing while delivering face-to-face harm reduction, behavior change, and tobacco treatment interventions (including Nicotine Replacement Therapy and e-cigarette protocols) to individuals engaged with CGL's substance misuse services.
Project Leadership & Quality Assurance: Lead the development, continuous improvement, and quality assurance processes of the stop-smoking project, including data reporting and marketing.
Specialist Service Delivery: Deliver high-quality harm reduction, behavior change, and structured stop-smoking programmes (1-1 and group settings) using motivational interviewing techniques and NRT protocols.
Community Engagement: Promote the benefits of a smoke-free life, raise awareness of health impacts, and encourage appropriate referrals across Tower Hamlets.
Data & System Management: Ensure accurate record management, monitor service provision metrics, and support colleagues with electronic recording systems.
Experience & Background: Experience working within health and/or social care settings, carrying out assessments, and delivering tailored interventions.
Stop-Smoking Knowledge: Solid understanding of the harmful effects of smoking, smoking cessation policies, and treatments like NRT.
Core Competencies: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic recording systems, coupled with strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
Requirements: Passionate, person-centred professional. Must hold the legal Right to Work in the UK (note: this role is subject to an enhanced DBS check).
Annual Leave: 25 days of annual leave plus bank holidays (pro rata), increasing by 1 extra day each year up to 30 days over five years.
