Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality, effective, and compassionate nursing care to individuals with complex neurological conditions.
Take full accountability for the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of individualized nursing care plans.
Provide mentorship, guidance, and support to junior team members, fostering a positive and collaborative team culture.
Observe, record, and report all clinical changes in service users, ensuring meticulous record-keeping and clinical accuracy.
Work dynamically as part of a multidisciplinary team to support patient rehabilitation, comfort, and long-term wellbeing.
Candidate Requirements

A relevant professional nursing qualification (RGN).
Active NMC registration with no restrictions.
