Job Title: Registered Nurse (Nights)

Rate of Pay: £21.55 - £23.80 per hour (depending on experience) + Welcome Bonus
Contract Type: Permanent, Part-Time (24 hours per week on nights, 8:00 PM - 8:00 AM)

As a Registered Nurse through Supportive Bridge, you will play a vital role on night shifts, taking charge of unit clinical duties, ensuring patient safety, and providing high standards of care while enjoying a welcome bonus and comprehensive training on modern digital care systems.
Take full responsibility for the well-being of residents during night shifts, making sure their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
Manage unit clinical duties independently, including the oversight of care, administering and ordering medication, and evaluating individualised care plans.
Exercise strong critical thinking, self-reliance, and calm leadership to manage care staff and handle emergency situations during the night.
Coach, mentor, and guide the care team, providing formal and informal teaching programmes for colleagues and professionals.
Monitor work areas and practices to ensure strict compliance with safety standards, policies, legislation, and CQC requirements.
A qualified Registered Nurse with a valid, active NMC pin.
Previous experience maintaining high clinical standards and ensuring policies are strictly followed.
Confident night-shift experience with strong critical thinking, self-reliance, and the ability to work autonomously with limited onsite support.
Excellent communication, reporting, and handover skills, paired with a genuine passion for building meaningful connections with residents and their families.
