As a Regional Support Manager, you will play a vital leadership role supporting the Regional Director to oversee a group of care homes, ensuring they consistently achieve performance targets and operate with excellence. Your expertise will directly drive compliance, uphold standards, and deliver outstanding service across our homes.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide focused support in key homes to maintain compliance, uphold high standards, and deliver exceptional care.
Stand in for General Managers during periods of absence, ensuring operational continuity, stability, and strong leadership.
Identify challenges and recommend effective solutions in close partnership with the Regional Director.
Interpret quality and performance data to advise on actions that drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Background: Must hold an NVQ Level 5 (or equivalent) in Care for Care Homes, with a clinical background or strong clinical knowledge ideally.
Experience: Proven experience in care home management roles, ideally with prior experience supporting homes at a regional level.
Skills & Attributes: Strong staff supervision and development skills, along with a full UK driving license.
Requirements: Applicants must have proof of eligibility to work in the UK and undergo a DBS disclosure check (funded by Avery Healthcare).
