Salary / Pay: £54,000.00 per annum + £2,000 'Golden Hello' Welcome Bonus!

Through Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency, we are proud to partner with Barchester Healthcare to recruit a passionate Deputy General Manager & Clinical Lead (RMN or RNLD) for Darnton Suite. In this key leadership role, you will work closely with the General Manager (and take charge in their absence), ensuring the highest quality of person-centred care, monitoring clinical standards through audits and supervised practice, and supporting your team to achieve their goals.
What You Will Need
Qualifications & Registration: Registered Nurse (RMN or RNLD) with current NMC registration and a teaching/mentoring/supervision qualification.
Experience & Skills: A successful track record managing safeguarding investigations, clinical risk assessments, budget management, and preceptorship for newly qualified nurses. Basic HR knowledge and an understanding of sales and marketing are also key.
