About the Role
As a permanent Night Care Assistant at Bere Grove, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our residents feel safe, secure, and well-cared for through the night hours.
You’ll assist with night routines, personal care, and mobility support, providing gentle reassurance and companionship. Every shift offers a chance to bring your dedication and compassion to a fulfilling environment, ensuring residents maintain their dignity, comfort, and peace of mind overnight.
Key Responsibilities
Provide attentive night-time care, personal care, and mobility support.
Follow individual care plans and maintain accurate nightly records.
Offer comfort, reassurance, and support for any late-night needs.
Maintain a calm, safe, and peaceful atmosphere throughout the home.
Collaborate with the night care team to ensure seamless, high-quality care.

Experience: Some prior experience of caring for older people.
