Supportive Bridge Staffing & Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of University Hospitals of Leicester NHS Trust for a Support Officer (RRFSO) to join the Renal Research team in Leicester, UK.

This role offers an opportunity to provide financial and administrative support for clinical research projects, working closely with research managers, governance teams, and healthcare professionals to ensure research studies are managed efficiently and in compliance with NHS standards.

Key Responsibilities

Manage financial records, invoices, and project finance documentation.
Support research teams with project administration and reporting.
Maintain accurate electronic and manual filing systems.
Prepare spreadsheets, finance trackers, and project reports.
Coordinate meetings, record minutes, and monitor project actions.
Work with internal teams and external stakeholders to support research activities.

Requirements

Experience in finance, administration, or project support.
Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and Word.
Excellent organisational and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Experience within the NHS or clinical research environment is desirable.
