Exemplar Health Care is recruiting a Nurse Unit Manager on days at Otterburn, its care home on Brandwood Park Road in Birmingham. You will lead the unit's nurses and care team, make sure residents' clinical, physical and emotional needs are met, and keep care plans and risk assessments accurate and up to date.

Pay: £25.30 per hour
Hours: 42 hours a week, days, permanent, full-time
Location: Otterburn, Birmingham B14 6QX
What you'll need
First-level NMC registration with a valid PIN
Management or supervisory experience or training after registration
Confidence managing clinical risk and medication (ordering, storage, giving and recording)
