Key Responsibilities
Assist residents with daily living tasks, personal care, and mobility.
Support residents with food, drink, and nutritional intake.
Follow individual care plans and maintain accurate daily records.
Provide dedicated companionship and meaningful one-to-one interaction.
Help create a welcoming, safe, and person-centred environment.
What We Are Looking For
Experience: Some prior experience caring for older people.
Communication & Attitude: Excellent communication skills with a proactive, can-do approach.
Values: Genuine empathy, a warm-hearted nature, and deep compassion for resident wellbeing.
Flexibility: Available on a bank contract basis to provide casual cover (e.g., annual leave or sick leave) as needed.
