Location: Noel Baker Academy, Derby, DE24 0BR
Hours: 15 hours per week (Monday to Friday, 15:30 - 18:30, with adjusted hours during 4 weeks of deep cleaning)
Contract Type: Permanent (49-week contract with 39 working weeks and 4 weeks set holiday)
Salary: £9,341.85 per annum

What You Will Do
Maintain the highest standards of hygiene, cleanliness, health, and safety across all assigned areas.
Report maintenance issues to the Caretaker and follow all site rules, COSHH guidelines, and company procedures.
Handle individual customer and staff requests politely and professionally.
Note on Schedule: This is a 49-week contract covering 39 working weeks. Holidays are fixed to 4 set weeks and cannot be taken during term time or deep clean periods (typically 1 week in February, 1 week in April, and 2 weeks in August, where shift times adjust to 07:00 - 11:30).

What We Are Looking For
Previous experience within the cleaning or hospitality industry with a good grasp of housekeeping best practices.
Excellent timekeeping, attendance record, and a strong customer service focus.
BICS qualification or similar is desirable.
Essential Requirement: You must be able to pass an Enhanced DBS clearance and have valid evidence of the right to work in the UK.
