About the Role
Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is proud to partner with Barchester Healthcare to find an experienced and compassionate Night Senior Carer for Raleigh Manor Care Home.
In this vital night leadership role, you will look after the diverse needs of our residents to ensure exceptional, person-centred care throughout the night. Working alongside the Deputy General Manager, you will supervise and inspire a dedicated team of Care Assistants, support clinical tasks such as medication management, care plans, and assessments, and help maintain a warm, secure, and reassuring environment while our residents sleep.
About You
We are looking for a dedicated night care professional ready to lead by example. To succeed in this role, you will bring:
Qualifications: NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care.
Knowledge: Specific clinical care knowledge relating to the elderly.
Attributes: Compassionate, warm-hearted, and equipped with strong motivational and leadership skills. (Ongoing training is provided, offering clear career progression into Care Practitioner, Regional Carer, or nursing pathways!)
