Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is proud to partner with BAE Systems—a global leader in defence, aerospace, and security—to recruit an enthusiastic and driven Graduate Air Aerospace Integration Engineer in Brough.

As part of the world-renowned Air Team, you will contribute to legendary combat and fast jet trainer aircraft, including the Typhoon, F-35, and Tempest. This graduate role offers an incredible platform to help bring component systems together to deliver a product with all its required capabilities across the full engineering lifecycle.

Role Overview

As a Graduate Aerospace Integration Engineer, you will use a whole-platform, full-lifecycle approach to ensure engineering activities are planned, integrated, and delivered effectively on time and to the correct quality standards. You will engage with customers to translate their needs into clear engineering requirements, bridging sub-systems together to form an effective "system of systems" while influencing a diverse, highly skilled engineering community.

Core Duties & Responsibilities

• Apply your engineering knowledge and experience to solve complex problems throughout the product lifecycle.

• Manage projects holistically while deepening your technical understanding of cutting-edge aerospace products.

• Collaborate with your team and the wider organization to develop and mature advanced engineering solutions, supporting decision-making for capability optimization, interoperability, and risk reduction.

• Work on exciting frontiers—from early lifecycle development for FCAS and Eurofighter Typhoon upgrades to future innovations within FalconWorks.

• Utilize systems engineering techniques to define and develop whole-product architecture.

Key Requirements & Qualifications

• Academic Background: Must have obtained, or be predicted to obtain, at least a 2:2 Bachelor’s degree (or a pass at Master's level) in Aerospace Engineering, any other Engineering discipline, or any other STEM subject.

• Working Arrangement: Willingness and capability to work on-site in Brough 4 to 5 days per week.

• Security Clearance: All applicants must achieve, as a minimum, the Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS). Note: Due to security and export control restrictions, candidates must meet national identity, birthplace, and residency criteria.
