Are you an inspirational leader with a proven track record of driving care excellence and business performance? Acer Court Care Home is seeking a visionary Care Home General Manager to lead and inspire a dedicated team, delivering outstanding person-centred care in a safe, stimulating environment while meeting all regulatory and statutory standards.
In this premier leadership role, you will take total ownership of home operations, staff development, financial management, and community engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensuring the consistent delivery of top-tier, person-centred care grounded in best practice.
Taking full responsibility for the ongoing recruitment, retention, and professional development of the home's team.
Acting as the primary focal point of contact for residents, relatives, visitors, and external health and social care professionals.
Reviewing and maintaining safe staffing levels in accordance with changing resident occupancy and dependency needs.
Providing ongoing, inspirational leadership to empower and motivate staff.
Managing costs effectively within budgetary controls through regular reviews and stock monitoring.

Requirements:
A minimum of four years of experience working in a similar care management environment.
Must hold a Leadership and Management Level 5 (or equivalent) qualification.
Exceptional leadership, management, and IT competency skills.
The ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
Adaptability and flexibility to oversee a diverse range of management responsibilities.
