Director of Technology Resilience

Supportive Bridge Staffing & Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of Bupa for a Director of Technology Resilience to join their leadership team in London, UK. This senior role is ideal for an experienced technology leader who is passionate about building resilient IT environments and ensuring business continuity across critical services. You will lead resilience initiatives, strengthen operational capabilities, and collaborate with senior stakeholders to support secure, reliable, and compliant technology operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the organisation's technology resilience strategy, ensuring critical systems remain secure and operational.

• Lead resilience testing, disaster recovery planning, and vulnerability management across technology platforms.

• Partner with senior business and technology leaders to drive continuous improvements in operational resilience.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in technology resilience, operational resilience, or enterprise technology leadership within a regulated environment.

• Strong knowledge of resilience and governance frameworks such as ITIL, COBIT, NIST CSF, ISO 27001, or DORA.

• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and strategic decision-making skills.
