About the Role
We are recruiting a permanent, full-time Night Care Assistant to join the night team at Mount House & Severn View in Shrewsbury.
In this vital overnight role, you will deliver compassionate, high-quality person-centred care, ensuring residents feel safe, comfortable, and well-supported throughout the night. From carrying out regular safety checks and assisting with night routines to responding promptly to call bells, you will play an essential role in providing peace of mind and comfort.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist residents with night routines, personal care, and preparing for rest according to individual care plans.
Carry out regular checks during the night while respecting residents' sleep and dignity.
Respond promptly to call bells and attend to any care needs or distress during night hours.
Maintain accurate care documentation and conduct clear handover reports for the morning team.
About You
To join us as a Night Care Assistant, you will bring:
Previous experience caring for older adults (in a professional or personal setting).
