About the Role
Are you passionate about retail operations and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes? Acting as Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency, we are thrilled to partner with B&M to recruit a dedicated and hands-on Replenishment Manager for their busy Gallagher Retail Park store in Coventry.
In this vital leadership role, you will take full ownership of stock flow and replenishment across the store. From managing deliveries to the sales floor, you'll ensure everything is in the right place at the right time so that shelves are always fully stocked and ready for our customers.
Key Responsibilities
Stock & Inventory Management: Own stock replenishment to ensure shelves remain full, tidy, and easy to shop.
Team Leadership: Lead, organize, and motivate your team to work efficiently, productively, and safely.
Operational Planning: Plan ahead and react quickly to changing stock levels and demands.
Target Driven: Drive product availability, efficiency, and productivity targets across the store environment.
What You Will Bring

Process Knowledge: A strong understanding of stock control, deliveries, and replenishment workflows.
