About the Role
Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is excited to partner with Lidl to find collaborative, determined, and hands-on Customer Assistants for this brand-new store opening.
As a Customer Assistant at Lidl, no two shifts are ever the same! From restocking shelves to operating tills, you’ll stay active and help keep business booming. You’ll take pride in going the extra mile to maintain a clean, tidy, and organized store environment while making sure every customer receives the exceptional service they deserve.
Key Responsibilities
Be a Lidl expert, assisting customers with their questions, queries, and requests.
Efficiently work and stock new deliveries as they arrive in store.
Passionately provide top-tier customer service on the shop floor.
Proactively keep the bakery stocked and fresh by baking goods throughout the day.
Expertly merchandise and maintain the popular middle aisles of Non-Food products.
What You’ll Need
Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Flexibility to start shifts early or finish late as needed.
A positive, adaptable approach to changing daily priorities.

What You’ll Receive
Competitive hourly pay of £13.45 - £14.45 per hour.
Extra shift enhancements: £2.00 per hour for bank holidays and £3.50 per hour for night shifts.
30-35 days’ holiday (pro rata).
