Finance Business Partner

Supportive Bridge Staffing & Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of King Edward VII's Hospital (Bupa) for a Finance Business Partner to join their team in London, UK. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified finance professional to work closely with operational and clinical leaders, providing strategic financial insight that supports business performance and high-quality patient care. You will play a key role in budgeting, forecasting, commercial decision-making, and driving continuous improvement across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with operational and clinical teams to provide financial insight and support strategic decision-making.

• Develop financial models, business cases, budgets, and forecasts to support business growth and operational performance.

• Monitor financial performance, identify risks and opportunities, and contribute to transformation and improvement projects.

Requirements

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) with at least 5 years' post-qualification experience.

• Strong Finance Business Partnering experience with excellent financial modelling and analytical skills.

• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and commercial awareness.
