This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified finance professional to work closely with operational and clinical leaders, providing strategic financial insight that supports business performance and high-quality patient care. You will play a key role in budgeting, forecasting, commercial decision-making, and driving continuous improvement across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with operational and clinical teams to provide financial insight and support strategic decision-making.
Develop financial models, business cases, budgets, and forecasts to support business growth and operational performance.
Monitor financial performance, identify risks and opportunities, and contribute to transformation and improvement projects.

Requirements

Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) with at least 5 years' post-qualification experience.
Strong Finance Business Partnering experience with excellent financial modelling and analytical skills.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and commercial awareness.
