We are looking for compassionate, patient, and dedicated Part-Time Support Workers to join their services in Wisbech. 🏡 The Services You Will Support

You will work across three highly personalized adult services in the Wisbech area:

Falklands Drive: A 24-hour single-occupancy service for an active gentleman in his 60s with autism and learning disabilities. He loves gardening, birds, speedway, and supporting Liverpool FC! Support includes personal care, daily community access, and healthy meal planning.
Beatrice Road Service: Supporting a female service user with 2:1 staffing during the day and 1:1 wake-night support.
Ramnoth Road: Supporting a female service user with 2:1 staffing during the day and 1:1 wake-night support.

📝 Role Overview & Responsibilities

Your focus will be on promoting independence, dignity, and wellbeing, helping adults with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health needs live fulfilling lives.

Deliver person-centered support in line with individual care and behavior plans.
Assist with daily living skills, meal preparation, and personal care where required.
Support service users with hobbies, appointments, and daily community access.
Maintain accurate digital and written records while collaborating effectively with your team.
Work a part-time rolling rota that includes evenings, weekends, bank holidays, and sleep-ins.

👤 Who We Are Looking For

No prior care experience is required! We value your natural qualities, your resilience, and your passion above all else. We want to hear from you if you are:

Caring, patient, respectful, and reliable.
A strong communicator with basic IT and written abilities.
Willing to work towards a Level 2 NVQ/Diploma in Health and Social Care (fully supported).
Driving Licence: Desirable, but absolutely not essential.
