Role Overview

• Position: Carer / Care Assistant

• Location: Grace Care Centre, Whitebridge Gardens, Thornbury, BS35 2FR

• Pay Rate: £13.67 per hour (Higher weekend pay rates available)

• Contract Type: Permanent, 36 hours per week

• Closing Date: Monday, 31st August 2026

What You Will Be Doing

• Supporting residents with daily routines and personal care (washing, bathing, and bathroom support) with warmth, respect, and dignity.

• Bringing kindness, exceptional care, and joy to help residents live happy, fulfilled lives.

• Becoming part of an extended family where you'll build wonderful relationships, share laughter, and create lasting memories.

What You Will Need

• No prior experience necessary: We welcome both experienced carers and newcomers from diverse backgrounds who bring valuable life experience and a genuine passion for care.

• Great communication skills: Able to build positive, supportive relationships with residents, families, and team members.

• A compassionate approach: Dedicated to delivering person-centred care every single day.
