Salary: £27,861.26 - £32,002.35 Per Annum + Outer London Weighting (£2,250.61) (CGL points 23 to 28)

Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is proud to partner with Change Grow Live (CGL) to recruit a passionate, energetic, and creative permanent-track Targeted Interventions Coordinator to lead innovative early intervention and support for young people in Croydon.
In this dynamic role, you will shape how early intervention is delivered, reaching young people before problems escalate. From coordinating group work, outreach, and educational programmes to building strong partnerships with schools, community services, and the Youth Ambassador Programme, no two days will be the same.
Intervention Coordination: Coordinate and develop targeted interventions, including group work, outreach, and brief interventions for young people at risk.
Partnership & Visibility: Build strong relationships with schools, professionals, and partner agencies to increase service visibility, accessibility, and specialist referrals.
Youth Engagement & Coproduction: Support youth involvement through the Youth Ambassador Programme, peer support, educational resources, and social media activity.
Professional Support & Training: Provide training to other professionals to help identify and respond to young people's needs while utilizing data to improve services.
Experience & Knowledge: Experience working with young people, knowledge of the issues they face, and a strong understanding of drug and alcohol challenges and evidence-based practice.
Safeguarding Expertise: Solid knowledge of safeguarding concerns regarding children and young people, as well as the Fraser Competence framework.
Core Competencies: Accomplished verbal and written communication skills, high personal IT competency, excellent organizational abilities, and a cooperative team-working approach.
Requirements: Full UK driving licence and access to a car. Supportive team player. Must hold the legal Right to Work in the UK (note: this role is subject to an enhanced DBS check).
Annual Leave: 25 days of annual leave plus bank holidays, increasing by 1 extra day for each year of service during the first five years (up to 30 days).
