About the Role
As a Kitchen Assistant at Lynton Hall, you will be an essential link between our main kitchen and our residents, helping to deliver a warm, welcoming, and delightful dining experience. Working closely with our chefs, you'll ensure meals are plated to perfection, food trolleys are ready, and prep areas remain spotless while bringing a caring, friendly presence to every mealtime.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the vital link between the kitchen and our residents.
Assist chefs with plating meals, preparing food trolleys, and maintaining a clean, hygienic workspace.
Monitor stock rotation and comply strictly with company policies, COSHH, and HACCP guidelines.
Support catering for special events, summer BBQs, and seasonal celebrations.
What We Are Looking For
A passion for food with previous kitchen experience and a Basic Food Hygiene Certificate.
A commitment to high standards and ensuring residents enjoy a pleasant, comfortable dining experience.
Excellent communication skills and a warm personality, ready to cherish the little moments and connect with residents.
