Applied AI Architect, Industries

Anthropic, the AI safety and research company behind Claude, is hiring an Applied AI Architect, Industries in London.

As a pre-sales architect, you would be a trusted technical adviser to large enterprises, helping them see how Claude can add value and how to build it into their systems.

What you would do:

• Work with account executives to turn customer needs into technical solutions
• Guide enterprise customers from discovery and evaluation through to deployment, with both the Claude API and Claude for Work
• Help customers design architectures and build evaluation frameworks
• Present technical content to audiences from engineers to executives
• Feed common patterns back to Anthropic's product and engineering teams
• Travel occasionally to customer sites

What Anthropic looks for:

• 5+ years in technical customer-facing roles such as Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer or Technical Account Manager
• Experience with enterprise customers and complex buying processes
• Excellent communication with both technical and executive audiences

Annual salary is £165,000 — £190,000 GBP a year. Staff are expected in the office at least 25% of the time. Anthropic mentions equity donation matching, generous holiday and parental leave and flexible working hours.
