Role Overview

• Position: Night Carer / Night Care Assistant

• Location: Boultham Park House, Rookery Lane, Lincoln, LN6 7PH

• Pay Rate: £14.12 per hour (Higher weekend pay rates available)

• Contract Type: Permanent, 17.5 hours per week (Night shifts)

• Closing Date: Monday, 31st August 2026

Boultham Park House offers high-quality, compassionate residential and dementia care for up to 34 residents. Set within its own private grounds, the home directly adjoins and overlooks Boultham Park—one of Lincoln's green beauty spots featuring well-tended gardens, a lake, and a historic bandstand.

What You Will Be Doing

• Supporting residents with night-time routines and personal care (washing, bathing, and bathroom support) to ensure comfort and safety through the night.

• Bringing kindness, exceptional care, and dignity to help residents feel secure and peaceful.

• Becoming part of an extended family where you'll build positive relationships and provide vital nighttime support.

What We Are Looking For

• No prior experience necessary: We welcome both experienced night carers and newcomers who bring diverse life experiences and a passion for care.

• Great communication skills: Able to build positive relationships with residents and colleagues.

• A compassionate approach: Dedicated to providing person-centered, dignified care every shift.
